i dont have a problem i need expressed but id like to say something. you should lose about one pound a week. from reading i think some of u have really bad goals. i dont mean to be mean but weightloss takes time if u want to lose 50 lbs itll take u about 10 months to a year to safely lose. know i no that sounds bad but if u lose the weight fast itll gain right back. the goal isnt to lose as much weight u can in the allotted time. u want to be healthier and keep the weight off for life. make sure ur losing the weight for u. not for ppl to stop picking on u, for ur friends, for ur parents, for ur bf or gf,do it for u. those reasons except for the bf or gf should make ur descision final. u need to make sure u want to lose the weight.

It is safe to lose approx 1-2 lbs per week, but the if you are heavy, or muscular, you lose more quickly. You can eat healthy and not even exercise and lose 30 lbs in 8 weeks. This is not unhealthy.

acctually the recomended healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week.
