brianna, 15 it low carbing!!, i lost another pound! question is it ok to be losing this much a day tho i am at 1200 calories a day so maybe it is on a low carb diet i'm probably going to keep my carbs low (20g) until i reach my main goal.

Its alright to lose that much as long as after you get to your goal weight you maintain it by not going crazy after you diet and going back to the way you ate before and stop exercising. I'm going to lose my weight as quickly as possible but continue to keep it off by eating a lot more healthily than I did in the past. -Veronica

my doctors told me 2 lbs a week is healthy. if you lose it to quick i will sneak back up on you.
