which is better? the zone, the south beach diet, or atkins diet. i really need to lose about 15 pounds...pls. reply

I've been doing something similar to the Atkins diet (low carb) and have lost 10lbs in two weeks. I'm not really familiar with the South Beach or Zone diets. -Veronica

hey gurl, atkins would be the best (i think) out of all of those, because atkins is not a diet, its a lifestyle change, which is good becuase all diets are recipes for failure, once you go back to your normal eating habbits you gain all the weight-plus more- back! but, with atkins, your on it for life, this way, you have the garuntee of perminate weight loss... but be care ful cause its not a good idea to quite after you have started because of the weight you'll gain back, and this program can also be hard if you are not full committed!

I suggest an easy one only eat fruits and veggies any healthy way u want during the day and at night have a nice healthy meal with meat its called the "warrior" diet Im doing that now

I suggest Atkins maintance for life program. that means whole wheat breads, oatmeal, non sugar cearl for carbs. the rest should be meat, eggs, cheese, and veggies. on this diet, fat is your friend! induction phase is 20 carbs per day, no bread, ceral, ect... its hard but works.
