My dilemma-At school, how do you eat healthy? I want to try the warrior diet, but 1.) I never eat breakfast and 2.) They have no healthy food at school. What would be a healthy lunch that you could bring from home? I really want to lose weight, for myself, not for other people. Help...lol

A healthy lunch could be 2 slices of multi-grain or whole wheat bread with some lean meat as the main course and you might want to take some carrot sticks or a piece of fruit like an apple. For a drink, water is always better because it keeps you full and doesn't have any calories or sugar like most juices. Tell me how it works out!
