Hi again. I'm feeling soooo depressed about how I look and because of how i feel about being overweight. I just had such a major breakdown. Is there anyone who i can talk to or who's in the same boat. I just feel terrible -Florrie

But everytime it gets you down it should make you realise how much you want to change. We all want to change.. and we can change. You are still you, the person thats inside. You dont have to feel so down, because you have to believe that you can change. sometimes it takes a big cry to make me realise that it is serious and for me to realise how much i need to change. You can do it
