Hey ok I've been looking online for a formula to find how many calories I could consume in a day to maintain my weight and I found a couple but they all gave me different answers ranging from 1276-1820!! Does anyone know an accurate formula to find my healthy calorie intake?? Thanks!

However, if you were just talking about finding a number in between the two calorie ranges she was given, your way is fine.

Reply from Krystle, Age 18 - 11/20/03 - IP#: 195.93.33.xxx I think you take your weight, eg 168lbs!! And add a 0 to the number!! Which should give you 1680 kcals per day to maintain!!! Hope I made it clear for you!! Krystle aka Hodgypie@aol.com
