Hey! I have been coming on here for a while now and this place really helps. I have lost 35 lbs since the summer started and I feel great. My waist used to be 110-115 CM but now I am 96. Its a great feeling to lose weight. And I am still losing, but you see, i went bulimic and now that I am eating again its sometimes weird. I mean I feel better then I ever did when I was bulimic,but just sometimes I feel i am eating too much. Well, I will tell you my plan and I would like it if you would write back and tell me what you think.Ok, EXERCISE: Total Body Cardio Workout 3-5 times a week, crunchs, leg raises, push-ups-every morning. EATING/FOOD: Break-fast- Ceresl or fruit, Lunch- Sandwish or salad and yogurt,water or milk, and cookie (2), Supper- What my mom cooks. so what dod you think of it?????? Please tell me, thanks.

Just remember that barfin' stuff is a terrible habit to get into. You probably know exactly why too. I even tottered on the edge on becoming a complete bulimic. Just think of this! I even would chew a candy bar but spit it out instead of swallowing. it was gross! All i can say is that there is more to life than becoming "beautiful" in the world's eyes. try to concentrate on the things that will last. Don't go searching for that something you can't find in a place where you definately won't find it. Email me...cellosarebetter@hotmail.com
