5 pounds gone this week (not counting Sun. could not wait lol)i'm 10 pounds away from my goal! i thought i would be there by christmas but the way things are going way before then YEA for me and uh yes i did it by atkins (say what u want could care less) skinny here i come!!!!!!!! also it sounds like everyone else is doing just as good! congarts!!

Hi nikki I wanted to ask how do you do the Atkins diet. Do you really have to restrict all carbs even fruit? I just wanted to know. Because I don't think I could do that.
