hey i REALLY need help! Im starting to give up...im not losing ANYTHING!!!! PLEASE give me tips! but dont say atkins or low carb or watever...just like ways of doing excercise and stuff.! thanks bye!
Reply from Marshall, Age 12 - 11/22/03 - IP#: 68.109.145.xxx Okay for diet don;t do anything special just eat smaller portions and eat healthier snack on fruits and veggies and try to saty away from sugar and fried foods. For exercise workout 30 minutes a dya 5 days a week do what you like to do walk, run, swim, bike, get an exercise tape, do whaever and do 20 crunches, push-ups, and squats. This will work I promise if you don't like what I told you there are a whole lot of other tips on a different site called www.ivillage.com/diet.
