Well, I will tell you my plan and I would like it if you would write back and tell me what you think.Ok, EXERCISE: Total Body Cardio Workout 3-5 times a week, crunchs, leg raises, push-ups-every morning. EATING/FOOD: Break-fast- Ceresl or fruit, Lunch- Sandwish or salad and yogurt,water or milk, and cookie (2), Supper- What my mom cooks. so what dod you think of it?????? Please tell me, thanks.
