Courtney what did you do to lose the 30 pounds? And this is what you should do to lose 15 more pounds: eat what you want just small portions and exercise 30 minutes everyday do something with your legs if you wnat to lose that fat there walk, run, bike, etc. and do 20 squats or lunges.

Well i ate all three meals and got lik 9 to 10 hours a sleep becuz it fastens ur metabolism by 40 precent got out of the house and did sumitin everyday.. stayed away for fast food and resturants and exercised alot....
