i wish i had an accurate scale at home. i weigh myself once a week at my boyfriends house but i want to weigh myself right now. grrr- oh well- i suppose it's better that it's making me wait. the scale i have tells me that i'm 145 pounds or so and there's no way that i've lost 7 pounds in 4 days. lol. oh well- i'll weigh myself later tonight but that's annoying because it's better if i do it in the morning but i don't have a good scale.

Hey Anne.. lol isn't it great when you jump on a scale and it says you lost alot of weight, and then you remember the scale is wrong lol... Well yeah it's good that you are weighing yourself once a week, and it sounds like you are doing well.. good luck with not eating candy this week! I know you can do it.. Im gonna be away this weekend but hopefully I'll have time to jump on the computer.. I will tell you about the weight ive lost (hopefully anyways) on saturday.. bubeyes *MaNdY*

hey girl, its not good to weigh your self in the mornin, cause then you dont get an accurate weight, plus your weight is always changing through out the day, which is why, when you do measure yourself, you sould try to do it at the same time, each time. Also, its not good to measure yourself daily, it can cause obsession to be the perfect weight, which is not good for your head, and plus your weight also differs throughout the week... good luck though
