IVE GOT THE ANSWER TO ALL UR PROBLEMS!!!!! IVE GOT A HEALTHY AND BALANCED DIET (WHICH STILL ALLOWS U CHOCOLATE) BUT WILL HELP U LOSE APPROX 3LBS PER WEEK!! HERE IT IS:
breakfast: a bananna, a drink of orange, a bowl of cerea l
dinner: a baked (jacket) potato with low fat cheese and baked beans.
tea: grilled tuna steak with salad
snacks: 2 pieces of fruit or a mini choc bar
still with it n i promise u will c results fast! hope ive helped!!!
