Heya people! I really want to be on a strict weightlossplan. I am trying to eat healthily. As for exercise...if anyone wants to make me a workout plan, I dance monday for 3 hours, wednesday for 1 hour, and saturday for one hour...i have an eliptical trainer, pilates tapes and tae bo tapes....plase make me an exercise plan where i have somthing to do everyday and tell me how long (about) for me to loose weight, and how much, also how long till i will see results/feel healthier, etc!THANKS!

well- it seems like you get a lot of exersize in. i'd say on the days that you're not dancing do 30-40 min. of taebo or eliptical trainer and pick a day to also do some free weights and a day for your body to rest. good luck!
