I just want to thank all the people that help me and thanks anne for puttting so much usesful stuff on here some of it helps a ton and i just want to say thanks to Mel H for motovating me and can anybody else help please? I am writing all the stuff down that motavates me than when i need it i read it. Like what Mel said and anne where can i go to read about this negative calorie diet thing you have been talking about?It would be a big help. You guys are awesome and keep up the good work and thanks for everything. And remember don't give up at all you want to be healthy and fit. right? later guys somebody please write reply
