people cant help you lose weight. you have to help urself. u lost 20 pounds, thats great just keep doing what u are now, you'll lose 12 pounds in a giffy, well good luck!

why don't you just continue to do what you're doing to lose weight in the first place but boost up your exersizing if you're on a plateau...
