hi, i'm new here and sincerely hope that this message will be replied. how do you identify fats and muscles ?because sometimes i am not very sure myself. i jogged on the spot for 20 minutes, did 200 jumps, planning for sit-ups later and have cut my diet into half. is that enough if i want to lose 4 kilograms by december?
