Hey Y'all. I am happy to say I am more determined than ever!! I'm back on slim-fast for time being, but as soon i find the time to finish that book, its healthy eatin all the way out. This is a promsise I swear I'm gonna try my hardest to keep, I'm gonna log on to this website for support, especially when times get rough, everyday, but I'm only getting on the computer once a day. That is going to make a real differnce in how much i'm not going to be sitting down, and instead being active. Sry to keep blabbering on over here, but one quick question, How much does the FiRm cost? I remember lookin at it before and it was like $$$70+$$$. lol.
