Hey people. i've been doing walk strong in the morning for rour straight days now, I guess i can weigh my self since i did start after thanks giving, so I think I'll lose more this week than any other. I have Tough Tape 2 and it's mostly working with free weights, and this step thing, but i just use a stool. It's good, i like it, all except the ladies that instruct it are either extremely skinny, or they have really big boobs. It's kinda funny when you look at their faces too. But other than that it's good. I want to get a good hard kick boxing tape, do you have any sugggestions?
