Ht. 5'4", Today: 157 lb (BMI %tile: 95) - HEY PEEPS!!!! WHATS THAT EXSERSIZE THING THAT YOU SIT ON A CHAIR??? DOES ANYONE KNOW CUZ I AM 5.4 AND 157 POUNDS BUT ITS ALL IN MY TUMMY AND UPPER LEGS. SO ITS NOT REALLY NOTICABLE BUT I JUST MADE CHEERELEADING AND I WANT TO LOOK GOOD IN MY UNIFORM AND A SWIMSUIT. I WAY MORE THAN MY FAT FRIENDS!!!!! PLEASE HELP ME ASAP

ummmm. like i would tell you dont you think your being a little rude?? i mean your calling people fat!! o and my name i think you can lose weight if you just beleive in yourself. your not really fat. you just weigh more than normal but if its not noticalble that dont worry. i dont know the chair thing but i can tell you do some crunches and running and drink at least 5 glasses of water a day.it should help it worked for me. i used to be 5 6 and 178 pounds and i did that for about 2 months and i lost around 20 pounds. oh yea there are some bigger people on the cheereleading team at my school well i hope i helped you. but i g2g now bye!!!!
