I REALLY Need Some Advice! My Stomach Is REALLY Huge!(Its 37 Inches)...What Are Some Really Good Stomach Exercises To Help With Getting Rid Of That Fat In My Abs? And I Will DO Them With Cardio...I Know I Must Do Cardio Also. ~Thanks~

Hey Colleen. I feel ya, I have that exact same problem.. my chunky stomach! lol Anyways, try going to your library and checking out the book Look Great Naked by Brad Shoenfeld. It has a lot of great exercises for that area for great looking abs, it also addresses the other 2 "Trouble Zones" for females... the behind and thighs. It has helped me a lot, I lost about 5 inches off my waist. Pilates works great also. It really focuses on the abs and calls it the "Power House", so that's another way to get the tummy in shape.
