ok help me i have all this fat on my hips and thighs, (that general area) and i have this fat i my rib cage and back. just rolls of it. no matter what shirt i wear i look bad. i have broad shoulders so i look aweful. what do i do? i'n getting desperate. all the help i can get is good. PLEAZ ANSWER!!!!! i'm a good person and i deserve to be in a nice pakage!! i really need ya'lls help. please answer and soon!!!

Hey well the only thing i can recommend.. (cuz "spot excersizing" doesnt exist) is 1. Eat a healthy diet 2. you need to do cardio workouts (running, walking, swimming, jumping jacks ect.) and finally along with the cardio workout you have to do certain excersizes for that part of the body.. umm for hiops leg lifts.. lay on your side and lift your leg up as high as you can holf for a second.. do a couple of sets on each side for your back i know they have excersizes you can do with 5 lb. weights (or cans.. hehe) i dont know how to describe them on here but look in magazines or buy a book with diff. excersizes and that should help..

I used to hate my broad shoulders but then I realized without them I would look more frumpy, and plus models have broad shoulders...
