hi, i got told by this guy that i was fat and ugly i am really upset by it. My friends tell me that i am not fat and ugly but i can't tell myslef that. can u please tell me what i can do. i am really upset.

That guy who told you that is a jerk. If he ever says anything to you again say I can loose weight but you can never loose your personality. I'm sorry you had to go through that I had to once also. When this guy asked me out I turned him down and then the next day he came up to me and said I was to fat to go out with and too ugly and that he could do better.

The guy that told you that probably has low self esteem and said that to make himself feel better. Just ignore him, who cares what he says? Listen to what your friends say, because their opinion should matter more than just some stupid guy.
