lol.. Im talking about the look great naked book i looked up wal-mart on the internet b/c i want to get the book and it said that it had look great naked dieting book and look great naked excercising book so i was wondering if u got the dieting book too...

Oh, okay. =D No I didn't use the dieting book because at the time I was looking into low carbing and wanted to do the low carb instead (BTW which is awesome! lol). I'm just doing the book now. ~Veronica
