IS A LOW CARB DIET AN EASY WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT? I WANT TO LOSE ABOUT 20 POUNDS.PLEASE REPLY!!!!!!!!!

Hi Alexia. Low carb in the beginning allows you to lose weight really quickly and then it slows down after you lose a lot of weight. I definitely think you can lose twenty pounds, it won't be easy though because a lot of foods that you are probably used to are restricted. You have to get plenty of exercise too. You may lose a lot of weight, but the low carb thing has to become a lifestyle and not just a month long diet. If you go off the low carb diet, you most likely will gain all of the weight you lost back, possibly more.

sure, just exercise and you might get around 159 or so but i wouldnt count on 150 but somewhere around the 150's if you work hard

You could get into the 150's bye Christmas eve. That's one of my goals too. Try eating low calorie foods, and resist cravings. But ifyou have a hard time resisting just have a small and healthy snack like a fruit of some sort. It's been working pretty well for me, so I hope it helps you too. Also tget more exercise to burn fat. Hope it helps!!!:-)

It's probably not even possible, but you might be able to get down to 160-156. that's if you exercise for like two hours a day, hard, and eat practically nothing. But i would like make your goal to get to 160-156 by new years eve. that's a reasonable time goal. -Emily
