i cant diet cuz i LUV CANDY!!!!!!!!!!! my family dont help cuz we always by a ton of sweet fatening stuff tat i LUV! how can i eat less?????????/ HHHHHHHHHEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLPPPPP
Reply from anne, Age 16 - 12/19/03 - IP#: 216.66.108.xxx wow- totally don't listen to issabelle- or whatever her name is i forgot. i know the feeling and everyone feels like that some time or another. don't quit those foods all at once because that will just lead you to failure because they'll always be around you and it'll make you want them more. just make sure you eat it in smaller and smaller protions- or if you want to go on a full out diet do it- but allow yourself a day of the week where you can eat what ever you want. also- exersize- i know it's not fun but it's something everyone needs to do- even thin lazy people need to get their butts up and exersize because it's what everyone's body needs now that we're sitting inside all day rather then like our ancestors physically exaughsting themselves with work. good luck and tale it one step at a time. my first suggestion for an easier step is to only drink water if you need a drink. no more soda and don';t drink many liquids that contain a high amount of soduim(this include diet- so only drink it a little- don't go over board)because it'll make you retain water. you'll get stronger and it'll be easier to say no to the foods if you just take it little by little. good luck!

Reply from kath, Age 17 - 12/19/03 - IP#: 69.140.157.xxx try and cut out all unnecessary bread foods. and also there is sugar free candy out there, which you could try. Also ask your family to get rid of the candy to help you out, they will understand
