Hey everybody, I just weighed myself and found out I lost 3lbs! woo hoo, even though its not a lot, it's still something. oh well, I just thought I'd let everybody know that. lol

that is a lot! congradulations! keep it up- that's awesome! lately i've just been losing a lb a week but three pounds is really really great!
