he y i gts a new thing.. drink tomato juice and have a fruit in the morning.. and than a salad for lunch and than chicken and vegtes for dinner till march.. do u think i can lose like 30-35 pounds by tahn.. please comment and say if i can.. while doing light weights for my arms adn than tea bo.? please
