i need help. i'm on Xmas break and i usually put weight back on on breaks. and i really don't want to this time. I usually eat a lot etween meals and since i'm at home i dwell on my problems so i eat... and i'm going to spend a lousy Xmas... help

get out of that house! don't put yourself in the position of being able to eat. hopefully you live near town or in a city where you can walk to different places. make sure you're acctually hungry when you eat and by hungry i don't mean craving. if you do eat inbetween meals and just can't stop eat really good negative calorie foods. most green veggies and citrus fruits are negative calorie so that you won't be putting on any weight- instead you'll be taking it off a bit! good luck- just try to stay happy and don't think about your problems...
