I was wondering if that is possible? I lost about 10 pounds in one week before but I am kind of confused? I jog and I love stretching. Thanks :) HAPPY HOLIDAYS

A month ago I did an aerobics tape everyday and a tae-bo tape every other day, ate healthily (here is a sample meal plan for the day; for breakfast:a grapefruit with splenda in it, for lunch: a serving of low fat soup or a tuna wrap up, dinner: chicken or beef and a serving of whatever vegetable my mom made. I lost 11 pounds in 8 days on this. And I did it healthily cause it has not yet to come back. After the first week, I only lost about a pound every 6-7 days...
