Ht. 5'4", Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 130 lb - hey people im new.. i need help majorly.. okay i have this dance on january 31.. and i weight 145-150 and im 5'4.. i have a really pretty dress. and i want to lose like 20 pounds by than do u think i can do it.. by eating eggs in the morning an apple for snack or some kind of fruit and than a salad for dinner and or some low fat soup.. do u think i can do it by than also i wil be running 3 miles a day..? please comment back i would really like to know if i can do this? thanks everyone

I think you can probably do it ..except what you havign for lunch?im 5'5" and weigh around 147-150 and i wnat to loose about 10llbs b4 tthe break is over which ends on jan 5.Anyways i hope it works out for ya
