Hello! OKay, this is my moment of truth. I am going to loose weight this break. I WILL!! I dont care how much, but this will be my jumppstart! OKay, I need major tips!!! How does this sound? I'll do 15 minutes of the machine "Tony LIttle's Gazelle" twice a day...so thats 30 minutes of cardio...Then I'll do 15 minutes of weight traning with 3 and 5 pound weights, and a therma band. Ill also practice dance evryday...And as for food...Im just going to be smart. That simple. Please give me more tips, help me, please!
Reply from kari, Age 16 - 12/22/03 - IP#: 4.7.44.xxx Good advice: eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a queen, and dinner like a pauper. Basically eat healthy breakfast, lunch, and little dinner. I usually eat dinner around 4:30, while this is not realistic for everyone, the earlier u eat dinner the better. instead of dessert eat fruit between 5-6:30 and then no more. Also it would be good if you divide ur lunch into two smaller meals, separated by hr and 30 min increments. Thats my 2 cents
