I am hopefully going to get a weight loss thingy going sometime soon, either during or right after the break, and I was wondering if this seemed like a good workout regimine(Sp?): nights with the Penguins on (NHL), I do the exercise bike during play, and take a break between periods, and a weight training thing skipping one and two days at a time (IE Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, Monday, etc).
And I won't forget the good foods.
How does it sound?
