i was wondering is yoga a good like excercise i mean i know that its good to stretch and relax and stuff but do u like burn fat while doing it???? plz reply.... ~*BaIlIe*~

It stretchs you out, but because you have to hold the movements, you are building muscle which make syou burn more calories fatser. So I would try it, actually I think I might.
Reply from anne, Age 16 - 12/23/03 - IP#: 216.66.108.xxx it does burn some calories- but not as many as aerobic exersize does. i like yoga because it really relaxes me and it helps shape my body well. it's great for toning and just stress relieving. i guess it's not for everyone but it's sure great for me...
