all i want people to do is comment onthis.. can i lose like 18-21 pounds by january 30..? im going to workout like crazy and eat like 1300 caloires.. CAN I DO IT..? i know i want to but i havent everlost weight before and i just need people to tell me that i can or cant so i dont give my hopes up..?

Well you want 2 lose almost 20 lbs in 1 month? There could be some side effects. First of all the healthy weight loss per week is 2 lbs, which means that you should realy only lose more or less, 8 lbs a month. If you lose so much weight in a short amount of time, your skin might get all flabby cuz it doesnt have time to come bak together and whatnot. also it dOES take a lot of willpower. lol when i first started losing weight, i would get upset ( very upest) if i didnt lose anything that day, but if you lose even a pound a day, its not good. So If you set your goals a little bit lower ( maybe 2 lose 20 lbs by mid March) it will be easier on you. Good Luck!

it is possible yes- but i'm just warning you that if it's your first time you'll be losing weight it takes a lot of will power...
