HEY Y'ALL WELL I HAVE A QUESTION FOR ALL OF YA ...... I DRINK LOTS OF WATER BUT I MEAN A LOT LIKE 3(A LIL BIT MORE THAN 100oz) LITERS OF WATER EVERDAY AND SOMETIMES 6, WELL IS IT POSSIBLE THAT ALL OF THE WATER THAT YOU DRINK YOU MAY RETAIN IT? WELL ITS JUST A QUESTION BUT POST TO TELL ME WHATCHA THINK LATERZ

hey i am grounded from aim for awhile strawbery but u can add me to lilislander07 my mom saw the sexybiatch one and grounded me from aim so now i have to wait till next saturday to go on aim and i will be on liislander07

i don't believe that's too much water- but when you drink more water your body retains less because it knows that it doesn't need to store it for the future- but you need to do other thing then just drink water if you want to lose weight...

Im not sure but to me that sounds like WAY too much water. My mom is a nurse and she was worried about the amount of water I drink and she said that the amount I drink now.. 120 oz which is 15 8 oz glasses of water if u say u drink 300 oz that is 37.5 8 oz glasses of water.. and 600 oz that is 75 GLASSES OF WATER! Umm yeah that seems like way too much, I mean you should really check with your doc soon, because people have died from water poisoning. Plus when you drink that much water not only does it flush out bad stuff, but it flushes out all of the good nutrients too. So Good luck, but I think you should cut down on your water intake.
