If i do sit up in the morning or at night lets say about 30 of them, is that to much work out on my stomach muscels and abs? And is it okay to lift weights every day and jog every day? i don't want to hurt my bod so can i have your advice?

If you are going to weight lift, you should only do it 3 times a week, max! If not your musceles can't heal. Like do it on day, wait two or three and then do it again. Believe me, if you do it everyday, after a while you will be weak and tired. I did the same thing. Its not nice.

You might not want to lift weights everyday, but the situps and jogging everyday are fine. I do a total of 200 situps a day along with my FIRM videos. I think you should be fine, but start off small if your still worried.

well- my suggestion is to jog and weight lift everyother day(on seperate days) to give your muscles a break or else it's unhealthy and they won't have time to heal. good luck! oh and just try to jog and weight lift for a longer period of time those days and you'll still be getting it all in and it will be better for you- plus you'll burn a higher percentage of fat!

If you're worried about it being too much, try excersizing every other day.

I guess you may see some results after a while, but 60 a day is not many. How about start out with that amount and keep adding on, say 10 more each week? That way, you will keep challenged and see results faster. But sounds good to me! =D
