Ht. 5'6", Today: 175 lb - Hey people. i am just wondering, i know there is no definite answer it all varies but plase guess you know so i can get a basic idea...
If i alterante between pilates (20 minutes) and tae-bo(40 minutes) daily, do the bun and thigh max (5 minutes) everyday and lift weights for my arms every night...How much can i loose in one month? So i can have a realistic wieght loss goal...Oh and I 5"6 and 175 pounds

i think you will lose a lot of weight by exercising like that.

if you throw in eating healthy i bet you can lose 10-15 pounds if you really stick to it!
