HEY YALL IM BACK I REALLY NEED TO LOOSE ALL MY WEIGHT BECAUSE I JUST FOUND OUT THAT MY FAMILY ON MY MOTHERS SIDE ALL HAVE DIABETES MY GRANDMOTHER AND GRANDFATHER DIED FROM DIABETES AND MY GREAT AUNT MY GRANDMOTHERS SISTER HAS DIABETES BUT SHE STAYS IN SHAPE FOR HER TO BE IN HER LATE 70'S SHE KEEPS HER WEIGHT DOWN SHE SAID SHE WOULD BE ABLE TO HELP ME BUT SHE LIVES 200 MILES AWAY FROM ME SO THAT IS REALLY HARD TO GET HER HELP SO PLEASE HELP ME LIKE WHICH FODS I CAN EAT THAT ARE HEALTHY LIKE WHICH SALAD IS THE HEALTHIEST AND WHICH EXERCISES SHOW THE MOST RESULTS I WOULD REALLY REALLY APPRECIATE IT ~*~Thanks~*~

well fruits and vegetables are good to eat. plus you should drink a lot of water. for me i do tae bo and it works. any exercise you do though will do good. good luck i hope this helps!
