hey everyone it is mag and as you should already know i am on a diet, and want to loose 35-45Ib's by the end of april, so if you have any advice PLEASE reply back to me. as for today i did not do good but i did not do real bad, i ate a danish and half a cup of ice crem (i feel so bad) but i did one hour of tae-bo, which was a good workout for me. if any one can help me reach my goal, i'll accept your help.

well nice going with the tae bo rhat helped me alot 2 years ago i lost some pounds by tae bo mayb 2 or 3 times a week and tennis 2 times a week..........also i would play basketball almost every night...but now that im in a boring city i gained a few pounds (like 4 kgs) cuz it is incredibly borin here!!!!

well- don't feel too bad about that because taebo definately worked off those calories but be careful for the rest of the day. good luck! you can do it!

don't feel bad because i heard some where that if you cheat one day of the week you have a 75% chance of sticking to you diet longer than some one who just quits eating junk food cause they start to crave it and just go 4 it. But don't go out og control. Make like on friday i get to have one thing that is junky like a candy bar or 2 slices of pizza. You don't have to take my advice i just wanted to help
