Today: 207 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Hey it the new year and in about 6 months I am going on a vacation !!!! I wan to look good!! I weigh about 207 and I want to weight 135 -150 any where in there is fine for me!!! I want to start tommorow so if you have anything that might help me pleases let me know !!! Thanks alot !!!

hey well all you really have to do is watch what you are eating make a list of the things you want to eat each day and drink a lot of water i drink up to 2 gallons and in 3 days i lost 2 pounds and eat after every 4 hours and dont eat past 7 cause thats when you gain the most weight and try to do 50 sit ups in the morning 100 juming jacks member to start small you dont want to over do it cause then your body will like bascially explode. and ill be your diet buddy if ya want me e-mail is cutebabyblue11@hotmail.com
