What do you put in a weight los journal? I think a journal will help me but i don't know what to put in it. can somebody please help? l8er and good luck to all of you guys. DON'T GIVE UP

what you eat when you eat(to get used to your patterns) how you felt when you ate. your goals, your motivation, perhaps before pictures would be good too(and after pics when you get there!). good luck!

in a weight journal put like what you ate (be honest, only youre going to see it) and it also helps, if you remember, to put down WHY you ate. for example, if you were really upset or feeling bad - put that down. then you can see patters (for example. when you are tired you always eat chocolate) and fix those! also put your exercise routine, just for you. finally. it also helps to keep a section just for you to vent. put down your goals, why youre doing this. if youre mad, just write it down. dealing with things on paper often helps avoid eating to solve problems. good luck! if you have any questions. email me: fortheloveofcharlotte@yahoo.com

write down what u eat, even if it was not so healthy. Be honest with yourself, it'll help you in the long run.

in a journal you could put what you ear how long you exercized what you did for exercize and how you feel
