Ht. 5'4", Today: 280 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - Hi guys it's me again thanks for replying but I just wanted to say today is Day one of serious commitment I'm 5'4" 280lbs I want to cut that in half a big job if you got exersies I can do at home or any hints to help me get it off faster PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE share and HELP ME the only thing is no drugs okay!
