TONS of excersize(tae bo, step class, aerobucs, tennis , basketball, soccer, swimming, or whatever you love ) good luck hun

It takes hard work and dedication, but will be worth it. Quick ways like Atkins and such mainly make you loose water weight, which you will gain right back, which is why most people have problems loosing weight AND then staying at that weight. You want to eat healthy, drink lots of water, and most of all EXERCISE. its simple, but you need to follow it carefully.
