Maylie - Please read my reply to your post (the one that lists your food choices). Thank you. P.S. After reading your last post I don't think you need to lose any more weight but I do think you need to get a much better diet. So you can be healthy all of your life.

You probably don't need to lose a lot of weight but it sounds like you do need to get toned. Do some toning exercises (I haven't tried pilates but I have heard they work great)and drink more water. Also, it is a good thing that you stoped eating so much junk food but you will never get as toned on what you have mentioned (you might lose weight but you wont get as toned). But it is better than what you were eating. Good luck.

I posted, but I do think I need to lose more weight. Even my mom says I do, and she is not the kind of person to force me to be very skinny. Maybe I don't need to lose "weight" as much as I need to lose "fat". I'm hoping cutting mroe sweets and fats out of my diet will help. (Honestly, I ate twice as much candy/sugar before than I do now... which people still say is alot)
