Hey sorry i havent been on here for a while I just have been doing horrible on my diet and excercseing since the beginning of the 2004 year. I am really going to start and do a good job on my diet and excercise starting tomorrow. Which means I am not going to weigh myself tomorrow I am afraid of dissappointment and I am not in the mood for dissappointment at the moment. Well for all of you in the weight contest post your weight tomorrow on the bullitan board so we can see the winner. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!
