I've been counting my calories for three months now. and i've successfully kept them in between 1000 -1800. I've been exercising and all that stuff but i haven't seen any good results. I've just stayed the same. What am i doing wrong?

Muscle weighs more than fat, so if you didnt loose any weight, its probably b/c you gained muscle, which is good.
