hey y'all! hows everyone doin on their diet/new years resolutions? I'm doin pretty good my self, i've done lots of exercise, and pretty good with my diet (even though i had one slip up last night~i had some chocolate frozen yogurt~that wasn't low fat, lol) Anywayz I'm not going to sweat the small stuff. Next week i think i'm going to add weight training with the firm. I tried to add that this week but I couldn't find the time since the firm tape i have is 55 min long. ok well i'll write to yall laterz. good luck to everyone~~chelsea~~

If it is hard for you to find time to do the video, you could try to split the video in half and do just half in the morning and the other half later. JUST BE SURE YOU DO THE WARM-UP FOR BOTH HALVES! It may not be as good as if you did the whole video at once but atleast it is better than nothing.
