hey babe! try and exercise more get out of the house and go for a run dont be embarrased especially since if you do that your actually doing something while everyone else is being lazy or sitting around. also eat a lot healthier! that is one of the key points to losing weight...for breakfast have eggs or toast and a peice of fruit. for lunch have a homemade sandwich like tuna or pb&j. for dinner have what ever your family makes(NO TAKEOUT!!!!) with a glass of milk or water or a fruit drink(non-carbonated). and for dessert have a frozen fruit like banana or something and even have a tiny bowl of nonfat frozen yougart! have fun with the weight tips

well hea;thy food...take out all the junk food and sweet food....get plenty of excersize, and if you have a real sweet tooth like me:P then eat healthier desserts and limit the intake
