hey i've been doing really good this whole week, but i need to find an alternative dessert for after dinner. I have been eating choclate frozen yogurt (and i measured out the serving size for the correct amount or calories) but i would i like a healthier dessert that tastes just as good. anyone have any good ideas? I've been staying with in my 1200-1500 calorie limit even with my lil splurge. Roughly the calories should be around 150 for the dessert itself. I feel guilty after eating the yogurt so any suggestions of a healthier but just as delicious dessert is very much appreciated. Thanks bunches. ~chelsea~

I LOVE frozen grapes. If you stick some in the freezer and just wait a little while they are soooooo good. But don't leave them in too long because they get really hard - I like them to be the texture of a slushy. Don't stick the whole bag in, just put about 20 in a zip-lock bag and try that first. Hey Chelsea my name is Shania and what you can do is have a frozen banana or something. I have learned that a frozen fruit is much better than ice cream or frozen yougart any day. Also make smootie with fruits and a little bt of frozen yougart in it...it becomes a great early morning and dessert snack.
